Kali P. Chaudhuri has a breadth and depth of expertise in finance, accounting, and business operations based on his 21+ years of experience across various industries and disciplines. He holds an active attest CPA license in the state of California and is an MBA from UCLA. 

Prior to joining Hara Chaudhuri CPAs PC, Kali Priyo Chaudhuri served as Executive Vice President of Finance for KPC Global Management, LLC. KPC Global Management LLC is a healthcare management company overseeing 7 acute care hospitals, several physician groups, and multiple post-acute and ancillary facilities. His role involved financial and operations oversight as well as leading M&A efforts for the broader organization. In this role he has developed an expertise in various areas including financial turnarounds, revenue cycle and reimbursement optimization, labor management, supplies pricing and logistics, expense controls, and healthcare IT interoperability. 

Before joining KPC Global Management, Kali P. Chaudhuri was a Manager at Amgen, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMGN), where he served in their Corporate Finance and Strategy division. Mr. Chaudhuri led the company’s efforts in foreign currency exposure discovery and mitigation. He was also a key contributor in financial statement consolidation, worldwide inter-company reconciliation, and subsidiary change planning. Additionally, he developed an expertise in international transfer pricing, and used this and past knowledge to lead the development of the Company’s new SAP enterprise software cross-border manufacturing and product flow design. 

Prior to joining Amgen, Mr. Chaudhuri served nearly two years as Financial Analyst at Walt Disney Studios (part of The Walt Disney Company NYSE:DIS). There he gained his initial expertise in international accounting and finance, fx hedging, as well as SAP financial systems implementation processes. 

Mr. Chaudhuri attained his CPA license while working as a Senior in the Assurance (Core Audit) division of Ernst & Young, LLP from 2001 to early 2004. He was responsible for financial statement audit of various public and private companies including Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (Nasdaq: COCO), Yokohama Tire Corporation, Tombo Aviation, Inc. (Subsidiary of Mitsui & Co.), Amphastar Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Interplay Entertainment (Nasdaq: IPLY) and RSV Sport (LEI Jeans). 

Mr. Chaudhuri received his MBA of the UCLA Anderson School of Management, class of 2008. He also received his undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2001.
